C-BRAT™ Project offers ANSI/EIA-748 Compliant EVMS methods - 0/100, 25/75, 40/60, 50/50, user defined formulae, percentage complete, rollup by tasks,
milestone weights and milestone weight with % complete - Schedule and cost impact of each of the project tasks are made available automatically through C-BRAT™ Project EVMS charts in real time. These charts coupled with Quantitative Risk Evaluation System (QRES) provide quantitative evaluation of a project's cost and schedule risks. This is done automatically by C-BRAT™ Project evaluating each task of the project and then rolling them up into an integrated overall cost and schedule project risk.

Project EVMS
Task relationship is visible in the Gantt Charts. As the time progresses, C-BRAT™ Project adjusts the Gantt chart according to the task performance. When any task in the WBS begins to fall behind or performs better than expected as defined by the base line, C-BRAT™ Project adjusts the project tasks by changing their duration and displaying updated Gantt charts. C-BRAT™ Project task tracking window helps management to check resources, progress, and performance. Task and project performance tracking is available via dynamic EVMS charts. This gives the management early warning of problematic areas that may effect cost and schedule of the project. C-BRAT™ Project also provides the flexibility of tracking daily, weekly or monthly activities, or even by work packages.
