C-BRAT™ Project provides a framework for all team members to a simple expense and time capturing system. It eliminates the management and administrative burden by tracking task-related time and expense daily, weekly or monthly.

becomes the project record. It sets team members targeted goals in % daily, weekly or monthly. A separate assignment module is provided to track management time for all involved in the project. This is automatically distributed over the project. If a project is not time sheet based and is not ranking individual effort, assignment tracking by Work Packages (WP) approach is available to capture the task progress.

Project expenses- Management and the team members also state project ODC expenses by providing travel, capital costs, and ODC to management, and once approved online, these costs are integrated to the project level. This data is available to the management for analysis.

Project material cost is tracked in the material risk module by each project activity.
