C-BRAT™ Project provides a complete eSignatures capability for online business transactions. It allows the transfer of documents across the organization electronically. Electronic documents in the form of a data stream (XML, URL) or files (PDF, HTML, DOC, or XLS) can be filled out online and transferred to the appropriate location, according to a predefined business logic.

C-BRAT™ Project provides structured Project information flow, to ensure successful completion of the project tasks in a timely manner. C-BRAT™ Project tracks tasks schedule and the project budget. C-BRAT™ Project has many unique features for the project management control, such as establishing program milestones and tracking the progress of work progress under each task by daily, weekly or monthly basis. It automatically generates "S-Curves" to provide cost and schedule uncertainties quantitatively in real time. It provides the project managers, executives and stakeholders, and team members’ project-related information in real time.

Document Management C-BRAT™ Project provides all required project document control functions for the

document life cycle management, including document creation, review, approval and distribution through document attachment provisions to each task of the project. Documents are managed through read only or read/write privilege set by the task manager. During the various phases of the project, project managers can distribute the document to the project team members, project sponsors and stake holders for review and approval.

C-BRAT™ Project allows team members to attach documents to their individual assigned tasks and make them available for review by the managers. These documents can be attached at any level of the WBS. Documents may be nested within folders, and documents may be positioned as sub-documents, creating a document hierarchy tree. Following are the features of the C-BRAT™ Project document management:
